Architecture & Spatial Planning
“Creating timeless spaces through sensitive planning and design.”

Chandari Heaven
Perched on the hills of Yogyakarta, Chandari Heaven blends nature, culture, and architecture into a tranquil retreat. As the lead consultant, DCA (Desain Central Asia) crafted a site-responsive design rooted in Javanese values—prioritizing light, airflow, and harmony with the land. From master planning to interior and brand design, we guided the project as a shared journey, not just a commission.

A Home that Grows With You
Nestled in the heart of Yogyakarta, this home was designed for a young family ready to embrace a new chapter of life. Every line, texture, and opening was crafted to welcome not just daylight—but life itself.
From the welcoming white picket fence to the timeless gabled roof, Dwiko House celebrates familiarity with a gentle modern touch. The open veranda invites connection. The balcony offers space for quiet contemplation. The interiors breathe, evolve, and make room for memories yet to come.
Dwiko House is more than just a residence—it is a living reflection of personal dreams, quiet rituals, and the enduring warmth of family.

At DCA, we believe architecture should not only shelter—but nurture. In this project, we integrated human-centered design principles, allowing everyday rituals—morning coffee, after-school chats, evening prayers—to shape the space. This is where architecture becomes emotional. Where lifestyle meets legacy. Where a house becomes home.

Where Architecture and Ecology Embrace.
Designed at the heart of Universitas Gadjah Mada, specifically within the Faculty of Forestry, Teras Rimba stands as a bold statement of sustainable design in academic environments. More than just a café, it is a living classroom—an embodiment of how architecture can respect, reflect, and regenerate nature.
Crafted with a deep sensitivity to its forest context, the building uses a grid of locally sourced sustainable timber, echoing the rhythm of tree trunks in a tropical woodland. The expansive, open-air layout allows natural ventilation, while strategic overhangs provide shade and thermal comfort—minimizing energy use without compromising style.
Our Work in Perspective
Step into the spaces we’ve envisioned—from iconic architecture to immersive interiors. Every project reflects our passion for design, contextual thinking, and purposeful execution.
